I don\u2019t even know where to begin. First, the quality of the workouts is amazing. Every day is different, they work all the muscle groups, and it never gets boring. The workouts are challenging but so much fun. Then there are our amazing coaches: Nick, Ethan, Alissa, and Kathryn. They are so encouraging and supportive. They pay attention to what you\u2019re doing, make sure you\u2019re using the right form, and correct you when needed. The people who work out there are also incredible. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. They cheer you on, give you tips, and are always ready with a high five! I can\u2019t say enough good things about this place. I didn\u2019t work out for an entire year because I was tired of going to a regular gym. Fit Body Boot Camp has been an answer to my prayers!
